Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aiufy, a service operated by BLC GROUP COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
Aiufy researches, plans, writes and publishes content to the websites you connect, and maintains that content after publishing. The work included depends on your plan, as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account and your websites
- You confirm you own each website you connect, or have permission from its owner to publish on it.
- You keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Each website you connect is its own project. Aiufy works on the websites you add and leaves every other site alone, including other sites you own.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans are billed in US dollars, in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- When prices change, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change reaches your next renewal.
- Prices exclude any taxes your local law may add.
4. Free article
Each new website can receive one free article. It is written the same way as articles on paid plans and is yours to keep.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you are unhappy with your first payment, write to us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals after the first payment are charged for the work scheduled in that period and are refunded only where the law requires.
6. Your content
Articles published to your website belong to you, including after you leave Aiufy. You remain the publisher of your website and are responsible for what appears on it, including claims about your own products and compliance with the rules of your industry.
7. Acceptable use
Aiufy may decline or stop work for websites in illegal markets, adult content, gambling, or content meant to mislead or harm people, and for any use that breaks the law or the policies of the platforms involved.
8. Results
Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers. Aiufy commits to the work described in your plan. Positions and traffic depend on your market, your competitors and the search engines themselves, so they vary from site to site.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date above and email account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use Aiufy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking with you directly.
