Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Aiufy collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Aiufy is operated by BLC GROUP COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us").
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and the settings for each website you add.
- Your website: the URL you give us and the public pages on it, including articles, product pages and prices, so Aiufy can plan and write content that fits your business.
- Publishing access: the plugin key or credentials you provide so Aiufy can publish to your site. These are stored encrypted.
- Google data, when you connect it: read-only access to Google Search Console (search performance, queries, pages) and Google Analytics (traffic and engagement reports) for the properties you choose.
- Billing: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment and your plan. Card and bank details stay with PayPal.
- Usage: basic records of how the service is used, such as sign-ins and actions taken in your dashboard, kept to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
- To research, write, publish and maintain content on the websites you add.
- To show the performance of your own websites in your dashboard and reports.
- To send you service emails about your account, your articles and your billing.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
We use your data only to provide the service to you. We keep it out of advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
3. Google API data
Aiufy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features you asked for, and stays out of any model training or advertising.
4. Service providers
We work with a small number of providers to run Aiufy: hosting, email delivery, payment processing (PayPal), and AI model providers that help research and draft articles. Each receives only what it needs for its task. AI providers receive website and topic content, and they receive your Google data only when a feature you use requires it.
5. Storage and security
Access tokens, credentials and reports are stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to the people who operate the service. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete account data within 90 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons. Articles already published on your website remain yours and stay on your site.
7. Your choices
- You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected].
8. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above. Significant changes are also sent to account holders by email.
